**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of Learning and Development programs, including responding to learning requests and LMS queries, updating learning records, and maintaining budget spreadsheets.
- Proficiently administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including assigning learning modules, managing course attendance, and maintaining accurate learning and budget data.
- Organise and coordinate training calendars, book venues, and manage related administrative tasks such as distributing and collecting attendance sheets, arranging payments for training attendance and reimbursements, preparing training resources, and processing evaluation forms.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for successful training program delivery.
- Assist with projects focused on reducing paperwork, streamlining processes, and transitioning to online documentation to enhance operational excellence.
- Produce statistics and reports on training attendance and evaluation data, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for analysis and decision-making.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including coordinating meeting dates, arranging off-site venues, and managing travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Capability Development Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the Learning & Development function.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Extensive experience in learning administration, support, and coordination.
- Sound budget maintenance and tracking experience.
- Outstanding organizational and self-management skills, including time management and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously within set time frames.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with customers, respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through various communication channels, and produce written reports.
- Excellent PC skills with demonstrated experience using an LMS (Workday Learning advantageous) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain the integrity and confidentiality associated with the role.
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and skill acquisition.
Requirements: A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them).
