Hatch is supporting OFX to find a great Corporate Development (M&A) Associate to join their Banking and Investment team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like OFX.

**About the role at OFX**

We are seeking a team player with an ownership mindset to join our Corporate Development team. The Corporate Development Associate will be joining a small and collaborative team, reporting into the Head of Corporate Development, working closely with the CFO and CEO, focused on the execution of global M&A activities.
- The right applicant for this role will be someone who brings a foundation of analytical skills, including financial modelling, however is looking to develop further into the other day to day requirements listed below. We do not expect someone to bring every listed skill set, but the right foundations and desire to grow._

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Due Diligence - Manage due diligence processes to ensure that all relevant information is identified and evaluated
- Client/Investor Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, providing ongoing support throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Investment Advisory and Negotiation - Negotiate and advise on deals and contracts with clients and other stakeholders, including the structure of the investment, terms of transaction and any legal agreements involved
