A central Government Department recruiting multiple APS4 Recruitment Support Officers on a non-ongoing basis
**Your new company**
This Federal Government Department is a vital member of Australia’s national security community and oversees many functions including international relations, scientific research and development, procurement and purchasing and industry development and cooperation. Their mission is to protect Australia’s interests on both a national and international stage.
**Your new role**
This position requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who can work under general direction with great organisation skills to provide a high level of support. As a Recruitment Support Officer, your primary responsibilities are:
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders to produce adverts
- Provide support and advise to business areas
- Assist in mailbox management and responding to enquiries
- Scheduling and facilitating interviews and assessment centres
- Actioning of reference checks
- Contribute to improvement activities
- Accurately record data with high attention to detail
In addition to this you will have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and eRecruit system experience is highly desirable.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role within the Australian Public Service will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record with experience in recruitment support and great attention to detail.
