**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing comprehensive business strategies that align with our vision and objectives.
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, create competitive advantages, and optimize service offerings.
- Cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Analysing data and performance metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Presenting regular reports and updates to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (circa 15 years) in strategic planning, business development, or a related field in the soft services industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding teams towards shared goals.
- A strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and solving complex business challenges.
- Exceptional analytical skills, adept at interpreting data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
