**About This Role**

We are looking for an experienced,hands-on results-focused Head of Growth to build upon an existing brand.

They will be expected to define target segments, needs, relevance - this is an opportunity to be innovative with targeting,digital media, social media, influencers, community engagement, referrals, highly familiar with relevant brand metrics and traditional media.

This is a country-level role based in Sydney

As a **Head of Growth**, your key objectives will be to:

- Develop an overall roadmap that contribute towards various "North Star" metrics in line with the broader organisational strategy (revenue/ adoption/ transactions)
- Play a key role in our massive expansion
- Drive growth in new revenue verticals and build loyalty programs
- Work closely with the leadership team in Singapore to foster and maintain harmonious relationships
- Ensure business alignment and effective resource management to deliver a competitive advantage

**Job Requirements**

We are looking for passionate individuals who:

- 10+ years of professional working experience, at least 5 of which at marketing leadership level (or equivalent)
- Experience in a telco would be advantageous or a business that has experienced rapid growth and expansion
- Major B2C experience on the ground and a well rounded understanding of the customer journey
- Experience of customer lifecycle and churn management
- Highly numerate and a great communicator
