**Your new role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for **2X Construction Managers**to join the School of Design and the Built Environment as **teaching-focused** **Lecturer(s)**. We are open to hearing from people with professional experience construction managing projects across a variety of scales and contexts. In your new role, you will be part of a vibrant institution and a dynamic team with a passion for teaching, research, and community engagement. The important work you do will contribute to the overall output of excellence in teaching in the school.

**Essential Requirements**:

- A Masters/Honours degree with significant industry experience or PhD in Construction Management, or a directly related field.
- Evidence of industry experience as a Construction Manager
- Evidence of the development and delivery of high-quality teaching in Construction Management and/or its related fields.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to the development of a collegial and supportive working environment and the ability to interact with students and staff with cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Demonstrated ability to provide mentoring to less experienced casual staff and supervise honours students.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in industry with Advanced Construction Technologies (such as IDD, BIM, AI, Automati
