As a Lecturer of Master of Counselling, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, and delivery of the program, while ensuring compliance with the Higher Education Standards Framework. You will work to ensure that a high-quality, student-centric experience is provided. In this role, you will be expected to map to the units delivered in program. Staying abreast with current and emerging principles and best practices will play a key part to your success. Working from home during non-teaching hours is an option for this position.
**_ About the Role _**

**_ Key Responsibilities include:_**
- Develop and conduct face to face teaching and student engagement sessions and learning materials.
- Encourage the engagement of students in their studies.
- Marking student assessments in accordance with assessment and moderation policies.
- Identifying and liaising with students at risk and establishing individual learning plans as needed.
**_ About You_**
- An ACA approved qualification at PhD level OR level 9 (Masters) and at least 5 years relevant teaching, research or professional experience in counselling (in the last ten years) OR completion of at least 2/3s of a relevant Doctorate or PhD (Level 10) plus relevant teaching, research or professional experience totalling 3 years.
- Eligible for membership of the Australian Counselling Association.
