We are currently seeking an Accounting Internship with experience in the Fashion industry to join our Head Office team in Sydney. This role reports to the Accountant of the business. You will be required to work 2 to 3 days per week and the role consists of but is not limited to:

- Managing the day-to-day finance operations including AP and AR.
- Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts for multiple entities, Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Weekly sales reporting for the company
- Monthly reporting for the company including accurate and timely reconciliations
- Timesheet analysis to calculate overtime pay and leave management
- End to End Payroll processing for 50+ and reporting & inquiries
- Processing of weekly payments runs
- Ad-hoc accounting functions as required

What we’re looking for:

- Attitude above all else. Be a positive and team-focused individual
- High attention to detail. A meticulousness towards accounts processes is an absolute must.
- Above average computer skills (Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and XERO)
- Ability to prioritize well. This position involves balancing several competing tasks at any one time.
- University / TAFE students
- No accounting working experience require

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
