This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Officer to join a growing and established consultancy organisation who provides a range of services for biopharmaceutical and medical device companies.

You will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to a diverse group of consultants e.g. researchers, marketers, scientists and health economists and must be confident communicating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- General business support to relevant work streams
- Deliver all work and projects in line with company standards and branding
- Support for consulting teams with client workflow
- Provide onboarding support to line managers with new employees
- Basic and first point of contact of IT
- Managing internal system which includes setting up of new accounts, clients, contacts and projects to support the consulting teams
- Contributing and developing the internal system with training of Employees
- Supporting the Business Development Team with Marketing material for client and scientific meetings and event management of industry events
- Supporting internal activities as required

**Who you are?**
- At least three years in an office environment
- Sound working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Event management experience highly regarded
- Interest and knowledge in IT and systems, CRM experience (SalesForce ideal)
- Well organised and can prioritise
- Strong attention to detail, task orientated and can use initiative
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or science related discipline desirable but not essential
