**Your new role**:
Ignite your impact and join the Navigator Program team. We utilise a trauma-informed, culturally safe, assertive case management model to respond to challenges experienced by young people aged 12-17 years, supporting them to engage in education.
Working collaboratively with partner agencies, you will directly support a caseload of disengaged learners. You will undertake comprehensive assessments, establish and lead a care team and work together with children and families to establish individualised education re-engagement plans.
It is a unique opportunity where you can work with young people and support them on their journey to reengage in education without rigid time frames.

In addition to a base salary of SCHADS Level 5 + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing **up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits**, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.

**Your skills and experience**:
You will also bring with you:
- Demonstrated experience in case management working with young people and families.
- A relevant qualification (Bachelor or Diploma) in social work, psychology or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of family services, child protection and the Department of education and training, including relevant legislation and regulations.
- An understanding of the barriers experienced by disengaged learners
- Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with other services, agencies and professionals to achieve optimal client outcomes.
