**The Position**

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to lead our Living Working Services (LWS) Remote and Education portfolios, based out of our Brisbane office. This pivotal role will oversee recruitment operations and workforce planning for remote and education locations, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our diverse business needs.

As the operational leader for the LWS recruitment team, you will provide strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and process improvements to ensure effective recruitment delivery. You will work closely with the National Recruitment Leader and key stakeholders to design and implement recruitment solutions, optimise talent acquisition strategies, and support workforce mobility initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the recruitment function for the LWS Remote and Education portfolios, ensuring seamless hiring processes and talent pipeline development.
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership, training, and support to the recruitment team.
- Drive process improvements, implement selection tools, and enhance employer branding strategies.
- Deliver insightful recruitment analytics and reporting to operational and HR leadership teams.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
- Ensure compliance with workforce planning requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel interstate as required to support recruitment operations and stakeholder engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for talent acquisition in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in recruitment leadership, preferably in a high-volume or remote workforce environment.
- Strong ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Expertise in sourcing, talent pooling, and employer branding initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner across diverse teams.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and drive recruitment excellence in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in data-driven recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
