**About the Opportunity**

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative support within our growing Talent Acquisition Team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a large organisation & make an impact

**A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator**
- Support the recruitment administration of hiring and onboarding team members with agility and pace
- Interpreting and organising data statistics based reports to display data trends within the team
- Attention to detail & working with care of our compliance administration in the hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Working in a fast paced environment where you will need to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to pivot and work as a team player to support business priorities
- Opportunity to suggest ideas and be creative

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role involving administration or coordination activities, ideally in hospitality
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound understanding of Excel & Google Sheets
- Passion for Culture & People & Talent
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload
- Eager to learn and grow within Endeavour Group
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience highly regarded
