With so much growth on the horizon, Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Event Operations Duty Manager** to join our onsite team at the **National Gallery of Victoria. **This role will support the Event Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of facilitating a variety of functions in this premium location.

**About the Role**
- Support the Events Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of events catering
- Lead a team of Supervisors and Food & Beverage Attendants
- Ongoing training provided - we invest in our people

**About You**
- Strong leadership skills; the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage, and communicate with a diverse team
- Demonstrated ability to tackle multiple priorities with a calm head
- Experience in a similar role highly desired
