**The Role**
To be successful in this hands-on role you will be required to perform the following functions:
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Compilation and analysis of relevant information, such as company reports, manuals, and work-flow charts to identify areas for improvement or problems in client’s management processes.
- Analysing and evaluating current systems and structures
- Interviews and discussions with different stakeholders within the entire company to locate weaknesses, shortcomings, problems in management structures and areas of optimisation.
- Providing efficiency solutions that align with the defined targets and goals of the organisation.
- Regular reviews of the measures as well as the company progresses.
- Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation
- Assisting clients make better business decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, by providing commercial insights and technical expertise.
- Supporting and motivating the creation of goals, tactics, and blueprints focused on attaining customer contentment and optimizing the utilization of organizational resources.
- Conducting and evaluating job analyses through the examination of current and suggested techniques and protocols, including administrative and clerical processes.
- Evaluating operational protocols and notifying about deviations from established procedures and benchmarks.
**Skills and Experience**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Customer focused, energetic and ability to roll up your sleeves.
- Reliable, motivated, and committed team player with positive can-do attitude
- Accuracy and a great eye for detail
- Strong collaboration, professional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively build long lasting rapport with clients.
- Sound organisational and time management skills including the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement

**Salary**: $190,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
