About the Role
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deliver training and assessment for the Certificate II in Salon Assistant qualification
Provide guidance and support to students in developing practical skills
Ensure compliance with training and assessment standards
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments
Collaborate with the VET team to enhance the learning experience
Essential Qualifications:
Current industry experience as a Hairdresser
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to student success and vocational education
Desirable Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
Experience in delivering training and assessment in a school-based VET context
Knowledge of the SHB20216 Certificate II in Salon Assistant qualification
