**The Company**
Edutemps has collaborated with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Southport, Gold Coast, which has been in operation for 26 years, educating international students in both English language and Vocational Courses.

**The Role**
As an Early Childhood Trainer, you are responsible for delivering a
**Diploma & Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care.**

This is a casual position for 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan & Deliver training and assessment to meet identified competency requirements of students
- Review and develop learning materials and assessment tools
- Prepare lessons, instruct, demonstrate and guide students through training programs
- Complete and maintain all required administrative documentation according to standard operating procedures
- Train and assess students in compliance with the standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
- Deliver flexible training via face-to-face, correspondence, online or on-the-job, which meet the learning needs of a range of students
- Promote the College and its Students through developing positive relationships wit Managers, Supervisors and Students within business establishments.
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Qualification or Diploma or a higher level qualification in adult education.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Previous training and assessment experience in the Vocational Education and Training sector.
- Previous industry experience relevant to vocational competencies being delivered and assessed.
