**Site & Materials - Warehouse Co-ordinator**:

- Location: Potts Point, NSW, AU, 2011- Onsite or Hybrid: OnSite**About the role**

This is a short term temporary contract position for approximately 8-10 weeks commencing immediately. Working mainly at the Garden Island Defence Precinct (GIDP) at Potts Point with potentially some shifts at Sydney City Marine (SCM) Marina at Rozelle, you will provide direct support of defence vessel production activities, contributing to the management and accountability of subcontractor materials and project services required in support of the repair and maintenance activities.

You will assist with the planning and mobilisation of staff to allocated production sites across both locations. Working closely with the production team and contractor supply chain to mobilise materials, you will also assist the team with the procurement of materials, drafting documentation, requesting stock availability and updating registers.

**About you**

Your high level of warehousing and/or maintenance coordination experience or relevant technical trade background along with sound computer skills will see you excel in this role. Previous experience using MILIS and IFS systems, and working in the Defence industry would be highly regarded.

You will be a team player with the ability to own and deliver your tasks and goals to achieve success and manage daily operation schedules with conflicting priorities.

Forklift licence and an appropriate level of current or reinstateable Defence Clearance are mandatory requirements.

**Ideally you will have**
- Australian Citizenship an appropriate level of current or reinstatable Defence security clearance
- Experience in a similar warehouse or maintenance environment
- White Card
- Current Drivers Licence
- Forklift Licence
