**Job Summary**

Gamma Illumination is a leading commercial and architectural Lighting Manufacturer headquartered in NSW and is seeking a Full-time Internal Sales / Customer Service person for our Bayswater North VIC office. Well established since 1986, the company has grown over the almost 40 years of operation to be a top tier leader in domestic and international lighting markets.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a good sound knowledge of customer service, be self motivated and have good communication skills. This is an inbound role that does not specifically require generation of sales, and requires quoting, entering orders, liaising with the head office, factory, warehouse and project team, managing projects and providing delivery schedules to customers. Some store work and attending to couriers is occasionally required.

- Thorough record keeping skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer satisfaction focus
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as part of the team

**Qualifications and Skills**

Previous experience in the Lighting industry would be highly preferable. Alternatively previous experience in the electrical field, sales or customer service would be beneficial.

**Benefits and Perks**

The role is a full-time office position working from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

On site parking is available.

This position is ready to start immediately

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
