Clear Dental is a well-established and growing dental group with multiple locations across Sydney. We are committed to providing high-quality dental care and exceptional customer service. Our Chatswood branch, along with nearby clinics, is seeking a professional and friendly **Chinese-speaking Dental Receptionist** to join our team and assist our diverse patient base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Handle appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Process payments, health fund claims, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Communicate with patients in **Mandarin Chinese**to assist with their needs.
- Coordinate with dental practitioners and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin Chinese** to cater to our Chinese-speaking patients.
- Previous experience in **dental reception** is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using **dental practice management software** (such as Dental4Windows or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly across **Chatswood and nearby branches** as needed.
- Must have valid working rights in Australia.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $26.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin Chinese (required)
