**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We’re currently hiring for a Performance Manager in our Melbourne agency. Happily, the role has come about off the back of two recent promotions within the team.

- You’ll predominantly work across programmatic, SEM, and paid social but will also be immersed in a team culture of ideas-sharing, discussion and problem solving across other channels within the team workload.
- You’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of accurate and timely reports, optimisations, and media campaign implementation, as well as owning the customer relationship with your key stakeholders
- You’re a strong team leader that is collaborative and wholeheartedly supportive of your peers. Skilled in uncovering the needs of the customer with a dedication to meeting their expectations while also exploring out of the box opportunities for them.
- Your high attention to detail means you can identify the key pieces of information within larger projects plus, your inquisitive mind means you’ve got a thirst for learning, to ask questions and to understand the why.
- You can prioritise effectively when handling concurrent tasks and are able to upwards and downwards manage the wider team to ensure key deliverables are hit.
- You’re a team player, gaining your motivation by working with others and celebrating the success of those around you.
**IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 3-5 years’ experience in programmatic, SEM, or paid social campaign builds and management. Programmatic & Paid Social experience is preferred
- Technical requirements: 3-5 years’ understanding of DV360, Google Ads or Adobe Analytics
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen desire to develop their people leadership and account management skills
