What you’ll do

We are looking for a Coordinator
- Online, Kitchens and Direct to DC Deliveries (DCDD) for our Laverton North Trade and Fulfilment Centre

Reporting to the Fulfilment Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that safety, quality and service is managed effectively via management of all customer service-related practices within the fulfilment centre, whilst promoting the Bunnings vision and values.
- Drive performance, ensure best experience and enable great service to the stores and direct customers
- Manage all customer service-related operations, specifically online, kitchens and DCDD, along with assisting the site in achieving goals across the store and commercial network
- Ensure a safe work culture is developed and maintained within the site and your team
- Ensure all commercial and online orders are picked in accordance with agreed timelines and communicate clearly with customers when issues arise
- Develop key relationships with internal stakeholders throughout builder’s services, sales, operations and transport, and work closely with the inventory team to ensure stock levels meet customer requirements

Who we’re looking for

You will bring previous experience in leadership, the ability to work within a cross functional team. You will have a strong commitment to excellent internal and external customer service.

Your strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively, will support to lead and motivate others to achieve their best.

You’ll Need:

- Proven experience in a leadership role in a similar or equivalent position across online fulfilment or last mile deliveries
- Logistics or Supply Chain background is preferable
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire others, along with conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work with key suppliers and internal customers to achieve business objectives and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence internally across function areas and externally to achieve effective outcomes
