From handling incoming goods, managing inventory, to training our dedicated team, you will help ignite a new standard in warehouse operations, ensuring smooth function at every turn. **What does the role involve?** - Guiding the pulse of our warehouse, you'll monitor and manage stock levels with precision, tackling inventory fluctuations head-on. - Help to develop the next generation of leaders in our warehouse by training and coaching team members to be their best - Safety is paramount - you'll drive the highest standard of safety and cleanliness, reporting any incidents, hazards, or near misses to keep our team members safe. - Proactively identifying areas of improvement, driving operational excellence at every opportunity. - Utilise resources effectively to strike the balance between meeting efficiency and upholding our high-quality and safety standards.
