YOUR NEW ROLE
Step into the role of Assistant Manager at our Cockburn store Here, you'll take charge of daily operations, reporting directly to our Retail Business Leader (Store Manager).
Your mission? To drive operational efficiency, optimize staffing schedules, and manage costs effectively. You'll oversee both the showroom and warehouse, focusing on equipping your team with the skills and resources they need to excel. Your leadership will set the standard, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and exceptional customer service.
