**Welcome to Your New Role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a busy role which will challenge your ability to be well-organised, efficient and communicate effectively, whilst remaining focused.

You will be responsible for:

- Execution of daily operations
- Driving efficiency of the day to day operations
- Operate as the key point of contact for our Removals team
- Planning, analysis and reporting
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Data entry, accurate recording of information
- Variety of administration tasks as required

We will provide training and support to help you achieve success.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Reliability is the key to succeed in this role
- Industry experience is preferable, however on the job training is provided
- Excellent customer service
- A proactive mindset, always thinking ahead
- Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Problem-solving skills with the ability be solution focused at all times
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent phone manner and strong active listening skills
- Resilient with a proven ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team orientated and working with others
- Be flexible, adaptable, and accountable
- A positive attitude and a great sense of humour
- Medium Rigid (MR) or Forklift Licence is a plus although not essential

- Weekend availability
