Coldbuster Floor Heating is a vibrant, dynamic, family-owned and operated business operating throughout Australia. Located in a comfortable office/warehouse in Frenchs Forest, we pride ourselves on our great reputation and running a team with dedication and friendliness.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
**Primary - all warehousing functions, including**:

- Accepting all incoming deliveries and placing them in orderly fashion into warehouse
- Picking/packing as necessary for deliveries or installations or otherwise
- Organising shipping, including booking couriers and finding best possible solutions for shipments
- Following delivery status to ensure goods are delivered on time and determining any discrepancies
- Provide great customer service to customers picking up orders
- Occasional deliveries
- Following procedures for returned stock
- Stock control/count/reporting at times
- Advising management if stock levels are low
- Finding best packaging solutions regarding effectiveness and cost efficiency
- Occasional helping with installs
- Occasional minor product assembly
- Maintaining office/kitchen/bathroom/warehouse/installer supplies
- All recycling/trash activities
- Keeping warehouse organised, tidy and clean
- Ensuring a safe work environment in the warehouse and elsewhere at all times
- All other activities that may be required from time to time to maximize efficiencies of workplace

**Secondary - assist with**:

- Maintaining and continuously improving all systems
- Specific tasks/projects for management from time to time
- Relieving other staff positions when required
- Be flexible to help with any other tasks typical in a business of this type, as may be required

- High level of responsibility
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and keep to specific procedures
- Strong work ethic and eye for detail
- Excellent customer service and a genuine willingness to help others
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Capability of working both independently and within a team environment
- Desire to follow tasks through to the end
- Desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
- Reasonable microsoft office experience
- Ability to pick up new programs and systems quickly and easily
