***DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**

Exclusive Networks are looking for an experienced Warehouse/Logistics Manager to manage the warehouse function to ensure a professional approach to inbound, receipt, fulfilment, storage, dispatch, delivery and record keeping of product, encompassing both speed and accuracy, with a hands-on approach delivering a high-quality cost-effective level of service to all EXN customers.

This role reports to Head of Operations Australia and New Zealand.

**As the Warehouse/Logistics Manager, you will**:

- Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage, picking /packing and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve meet both EXNs and their clients expectations.
- Ensure that all imports are monitored and delivered to EXN in a timely manner
- Ensure that all goods are dispatched in the most cost-effective routing for EXN whilst still meeting the clients expectations and IFOT objective.
- To ensure that there are effective communication channels with other areas of the business to achieve the above.
- To ensure the effective & safe management of the warehouse environment including space allocation, loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Ensure the team follows all occupational health and safety procedures
- Ensuring accurate stock takes on a quarterly basis or as required
- Stock and inventory management and accurate reporting
- Liaise effectively with other areas of Exclusive Networks to ensure maximum sales efficiency
- Liaising with vendors and and partners re stock deliveries and ETA tracking
- Ensure that all material handling equipment is serviced in accordance with H&S regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative ideas or adjust work procedures and practices that look to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve service without comprising customer requirements
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time** QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal **Warehouse/Logistics Manager will have**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in warehousing and logistics operations either as supervisor or team leader
- Previous experience in the handling of international shipments and logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook)and CRM systems such as Netsuite
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills with a good eye for detail.
- High level of written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a team environment
- Ability to be able to prioritise with good time management
- Ability to know when to progress issues up the chain of management to ensure a satisfactory and timely conclusion.
- Proven experience and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders/clients
