**Junior Contractors Administrator 1 day a week**

We are a family business who are looking for a Junior Contracts Administrator to assist with our new build projects.

You will be managing warehouse builds and warehouse fit out upgrades based in Wandong and Carrum Downs.

ABN will be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sending out quote requests.
- Reviewing quotes.
- Managing signed documentation.
- Booking inspections.
- Going to site when required.

**Skills**:

- Tertiary education
- Currently studying or completed studies in Construction Management or equivalent.
- Some experience as a Junior CA preferred by not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Own car and VIC drivers license.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 7.6 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
