**Our Client**

Our client is an industry leader in industrial electrical equipment. They are known worldwide for high quality products and amazing service.

We are seeking a WA Regional Sales Manager who will work closely with the sales and operational team. There is not a mine or industrial site that will not know this brand.

**About the role**

This role is for a passionate and strategic sales leader with a proven track record of building and developing great sales teams.

The main focus of this role are the responsibilities for coaching and upskilling a team, as well as driving a positive and performance-based culture.

You will also be responsible for overseeing a number of major national accounts.

This is a strategic and tactical leadership role focusing on lifting team capability, ensuring the continued growth of market share, and driving maintenance of customer satisfaction.

**Duties**
- Responsible for sales management within the region of Western Australia combined with supporting & servicing overseas clients,
- Assisting the state office in growing top and bottom line,
- Line management responsibility for the local staff from the external sales, internal sales, workshop, administration and warehouse areas,
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers for the purpose of securing and extending existing business;
- Active involvement in key negotiations & tenders.

- Proven sales leadership experience with a passion for coaching, motivating & developing salespeople;
- Minimum 5 years experience in the industrial marketplace with a technical product and service solution;
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organisation;
- Proven stakeholder management skills;
- A solutions focused mindset and an ability to be heavily involved in the day to day but with a constant eye on the mid-long term goal.
