Avagoodweekend Greenscapes is a growing landscape maintenance company with an expanding portfolio of work across Brisbane Queensland.

Due to significant growth, **we have an exciting opportunity for Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our Maintenance team working within the Brisbane West region.**

**This is a hands on role and your day to day task and responsibilities will see you**:

- Leading teams of people
- Operate and run a truck
- Run and manage Jobs
- Manage time effectively
- Training new staff
- Mowing & maintaining lawns,
- Maintenance of paths & landscapes
- Hedging, edging, blowing, pruning
- Maintaining carparks and open areas
- Minor repair works & garden rejuvenation
- Responding to client request
- Quality control and checks
- Spraying and hand weeding

**To be successful for the role you will possess the following**:

- 4+ years experience within the landscape maintenance industry (mandatory)
- Driver’s License and own transport (mandatory)
- Reliable and punctual

**Preferable Experience and Qualifications**
- Certificate III Parks and Gardens and/or Horticulture (Not mandatory)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

- Garden Specialist: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
