Grolife Specialises in premium garden and landscape maintenance for a wide range of commercial, industrial and retail centres.

**THE POSITION**

Grolife is now expanding our service offerings which require us to expand our teams in Brisbane CBD.

The Team Leader Role will include the following
- Leading a 2 person team
- Position available in Brisbane
- Helping build our highly regarded Grolife brand within quality work and presentation
- General Landscape garden maintenance of lawns, hedges, trees and weed control
- Irrigation maintenance, testing, and repairs
- Working on high profile sites
- Operation of company vehicles and equipment
- Management of yourself and others to achieve timelines and standards
- Effective communication with management and customers
- Operation of a smartphone app to produce job reports and manage tasks
- Proactively identifying, reporting and solving issues

**THIS ROLE DOES REQUIRE PRIOR EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working in landscape maintenance
- Minimum 12 months experience in a leading hand/team leader role
- White Card (required)
- Cert in Horticulture
- Ability to set and achieve own goals and work by yourself
- Well presented
- Manual driver’s license
- ACDC license
- Demonstrated ability in plant identification
- Demonstrated ability in plant disease identification and treatment plans
- Demonstrated ability in pest identification and treatment plans
- Current First Aid (preferred but not required)

**THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE**
- A strong work ethic
- Punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Qualification in horticulture and practical demonstrated experience
- White Card (preferred)
- Ability to set and achieve own goals and work by yourself
- Well presented
- Manual driver’s license (required)
- Current First Aid (preferred but not required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
