**Exciting Opportunity in Alexandra Hills**:
We're excited to offer a rewarding position in the **Alexandra Hills **region of Brisbane for two Disability Support Workers in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) residence.

**About the Role**
This role is working with a single male client living in SIL accommodation, receiving 1:1 support and incorporates supporting the client to maintain health and wellbeing, develop his independent living skills, access the community and develop and maintain positive and healthy relationships, as well as assistance with domestic tasks and meal prep. Client interests include accessing the community, vintage animated movies, vehicles (particularly buses, trucks and trains), and computer games.

We have two **Permanent Part Time **positions available on set rosters.

53 hours Per Fortnight

**Week 1**
- Tuesday 1700 PM to 9:00 AM (sleepover 2200 to 6:00 AM) - 8 hours
- Thursday 1700 PM to 9:00 AM (sleepover 2200 to 6:00 AM) - 8 hours

**Week 2**
- Tuesday 9:00 AM to 1700 PM - 8 hours
- Wednesday 1700 PM to 9:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM) - 8 hours
- Friday 10:00 AM to 1700 PM - 7 hours
- Saturday 10:00 AM to 1600 PM - 6 hours
- Sunday 9:00 AM to 1700 PM - 8 hours

- Monday 1400 PM to 1700 PM - 3 hours
- Tuesday 9:00 AM to 1700 PM - 8 hours
- Wednesday 1400 PM to 1700 PM - 3 hours

- Saturday 9:00 AM to 1700 PM - 8 hours
- Sunday 9:00 AM to 1700 PM - 8 hours

**Week 2**
- Monday 1400 PM to 1700 PM - 3 hours
- Wednesday 1400 PM to 1700 PM - 3 hours
- Thursday 1700 PM to 10:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM) - 9 hours

**_ Please note that commitment to the entire fortnightly roster for these positions is required._**

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in Mental Health Disability Support Work.
- Experience with clients possessing a Positive Behavior Support Plan and Challenging Behaviors is highly regarded.

**Your Certificates and Licences**:
To excel at Nextt, you'll need the following:

- NDIS worker screening check (yellow card) - **applied or current**.
- Working with children check (blue card) - **applied or current**.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- A QLD driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle.
- Adherence to all mandatory directives as mandated within your relevant state or territory.
