**Your Role at Nextt**
At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

**Position 1 - Birkdale SIL**

**Week 1**:Monday 5pm - 9am (sleepover), Tuesday OFF, Wednesday OFF, Thursday 9am - 12pm, Friday OFF, Saturday 5pm - 9am (sleepover), Sunday OFF

**Week 2**:Monday OFF, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday 5pm - 6am (sleepover), Thursday OFF, Friday OFF, Saturday 5pm - 9am (sleepover), Sunday OFF

**Position 2 - Redland Bay SIL - Part Time**

56 hours per fortnight

**Week 1**: Monday 3:00 PM to 9:00 AM sleepover, Tuesday off, Wednesday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday off, Friday 3:00 PM to 9:00 AM sleepover, Saturday off, Sunday 3:00 PM to 9:00 AM sleepover.

**Week 2**:Monday off, Tuesday off, Wednesday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday 3:00 PM to 9:00 AM sleepover, Friday off, Saturday off, Sunday off

**Week 1**:Monday 6:00-9:00, Thursday 14:00-22:00, Saturday 06:00-10:00

**Week 2**: Monday 6:00-9:00, Wednesday 15:00-22:00 Sleep Over, Thursday 06:00-8:30

**About you**

As a support worker, you will be tasked with supporting our clients with the following activities:

- Personal Care
- Domestic assistance
- Community Access

**Your Skills and Experience**
- At Least 2 years experience in Mental Health Disability Support Work
- Knowledge of restrictive practices
- Complex Behaviour support experience

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check / yellow card
- Working with children check / blue card
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian drivers licence and your own fully insured vehicle

**Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.11 - $60.00 per hour
