Highly reputable, award-winning Australian financial services organisation is seeking a passionate Brand Marketing Consultant to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, and working within the Customer Team, giving you easy access to other brand and customer enthusiasts.

**You will**:

- Assist in the internal and external implementation of the new brand strategy and purpose
- Support the development and creation of internal tools, such as collateral and intranet site updates
- Project manage marketing and design work requests
- Ensure brand guidelines are being followed, by building an appreciation of branding
- Champion a broader understanding and awareness of Brand Marketing and the team’s service offerings
- Problem-solve on the fly. Collaboration with internal/external experts to come up with exciting new solutions
- Providing Digital Support, by assisting in the set-up and testing of new internal systems and programs
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, designers and other external suppliers, such as printers and merchandise providers

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar is desirable
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and be resourceful
- Strong capacity to work independently as well as being an effective team player
- Highly organised and adaptable to change with a can do attitude
- Focus on detail, process and high-quality output
- Takes a step back to see how decisions and actions may affect others
- Experience in a financial services environment and knowledge of the Australian insurance industry will be highly regarded, as will brand marketing experience
