Reporting to the National Managing Partner of Client Experience & Brand, you will be part of a motivated and engaged leadership team responsible for leading the development of the cross-functional brand and marketing team and strategy.

**Core Responsibilities**:
**Brand strategy**: Build and drive a distinctive brand in market

**Marketing Strategy / Implementation**: Set marketing goals, objectives, and KPI’s

Build relationships with key business service groups such as Content, Corporate Affairs, Alliances, and Government relations teams ensuring cohesive positioning and messaging to market

Lead the Strategic Brand and Marketing team to deliver on business strategies and their objectives across Services Marketing, Industry Marketing, Alliance marketing, Solutions Marketing, Firmwide Marketing to drive performance and results at all levels

Develop and implement a future-fit marketing resource model

Mentor and provide ongoing development to your direct reports, encourage appropriate professional development opportunities

Build engagement and relationships internally with key influencers and decision makers to drive change and adoption of the Marketing Strategy and direction

Own media agency relationship

Implement prioritisation and measurement systems

Build a connection between Marketing & Sales

Shift to a data-driven marketing decision framework

An innovator who embraces a test and learn approach whilst delivering results

Proven experience of devising and implementing brand and marketing strategies

Demonstrated experience in executing aligned marketing and sales strategies

Possess a high level of business acumen - Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities from data
