**Your New Role**:
Reporting to the Principal - Investment Group Delivery the Program Manager has responsibility for ensuring successful implementation of the Liquidity & Treasury Management System (LTMS) program and associated inter-dependent solutions (from other Investment Portfolio programs) to time, cost and quality levels. This is inclusive of full operating model capabilities (as defined by program timelines), and handover to BAU to the satisfaction of a diverse number of Investments and Investment Operations stakeholders, to enable full realisation of benefits.

**Key duties include but are not limited to**:

- Create, manage and coordinate required program / project & delivery management activities (with respective projects), ensuring the Strategic Delivery Framework (SDF) is adhered to include artefacts, governance and reporting, financial reporting and analysis, risk and issue management, resource management, vendor management, planning and scheduling.
- Ensure program resources are aware of their delivery interdependencies, and can recommend adjustments to scope, timing, and budgets,
- Recommend delivery prioritisation decisions, based on the program’s and portfolio’s wider (inter-dependent) delivery needs.
- Work with the Investment, Investment Operations, Technology and Continuous Delivery teams to ensure the entirety of LTMS’ capability changes remain aligned to deliver the intended business outcomes and benefits.
- Provide project resources, where required, support/coaching to adhere to SDF requirements to uplift the team’s project delivery management capability.
- Work with Senior Project Portfolio Manager to ensure the Portfolio’s interim/strategic design and delivery governance structures & mechanisms are in place/effective, and develop a regular cadence of delivery to ensure strategic outcomes are deliveredManaging teams, coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts and encouraging process improvement to ensure delivery focus is maintained/enhanced.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Extensive and diverse experience as a Program Delivery Manager including turning around constrained programs.
- Strong functional Liquidity and Treasury Management knowledge - Front Office and Back Office
- Experience in delivering into multi - sites
- Experience in delivering within a Global team construct.
- Tertiary degree in business, finance, science/engineering or IT
- Clear Track record of delivering large/complex/strategic projects/programs of work
- Very strong business planning & delivery/execution experience.
- Demonstrated personal resilience in dealing with delivery challenges
- Skilled in managing C-level executive relationships, governance, steering committees.
- Support the team to operate and make decisions according to the Fund’s Policies, Standards and Procedures and the Fund’s Key Decision Registers and the delegated authorities.Nurture and maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund
