**About the role**:
An exciting immediate opportunity for e Regional Sales Manager to lead our vibrant Sales team based in our Box Hill plant. A great opportunity to elevate your sales career and be an integral part of MCC Verstraete’s world class premium IML Printing solutions.

You will be responsible in planning, directing, and managing sales strategies relative to MCC Verstraete’s strategic objectives thus enhancing our position within the ANZ and Southeast Asian marketplace.

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

- Be responsible for expanding IML market position within the region of ANZ and Sout-east Asia.
- Develop and update the growth plan for the respective region in alignment with company objectives.
- Support and grow the existing customer base, develop new customer relationships and strengthen the network of technology partners in the market.
- Management and strategic leadership of the Sales Department
- An integral part of the MCC Verstraete Australia Leadership Team, contributing to regular monthly management meetings and providing required reporting.
- Manage the sales budget and forecast, including profit margins.
- Set and monitor KPI’s and take corrective action to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends and conduct intelligence research.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

**About you**
- Sales experience with proven experience in leading a sales team.
- Proven consistent sales track record with demonstrated achievement of KPI’s and a natural drive for success and self-development.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Can demonstrate the ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excels in organisation & time management skills and is flexible & adaptable to changing workload.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
