**The Role**:
In this entry level, highly administrative Human Resources role, you will be the main point of contact for employee enquiries. You will work closely with the Human Resources Coordinator on all Human Resources initiatives.

**The Responsibilities**:

- HR administration tasks, including maintaining electronic employee files
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating staff awards programs
- Assisting with recruitment activities and tasks, including interviews and reference checks
- Ensuring compliance with Artesian policies & procedures

**The person**:

- A genuine interest in Human Resources, preferably with tertiary education in Human Resources (or currently studying HR)
- A friendly, approachable, and professional interpersonal style
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in responding to multiple and simultaneous deadlines while working towards detailed targets and goals.
- A willingness to learn and develop your career as a HR professional
- Ability to maintain confidential information
