We are seeking a competent Finance Officer who is capable of being hands-on in all aspects of the end to end payroll process. You will be part of the payroll team overseeing end to end weekly pay runs for 400+ labour hire contractors as well as being responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable of which most is automated.

**In this role you can expect to**:

- Oversee / run end to end payroll using CloudPay and Xero for a large number of contractors.as part of an existing team
- Handle and resolve payroll enquiries;
- Identify and resolve timesheet discrepancies
- Work with multiple EBAs and other Industry Awards as dictated by Fair Work

**What you bring**
- Similar experience in end to end payroll processing
- Knowledge of working with EBA' s Awards, Pay rules, STP, Superannuation and Payroll tax
- Excellent eye for detail
- Strong numerical competency
- Willingness to get the job done while working in a collaborative, fast paced environment

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll and accounting.
