Project Officer

**12 Month contract**
**Pay rate: $70 / hour + super**
**Location: Parramatta / WFH**
**Primary purpose of the role**:
**Key accountabilities**:
- Support the management team oversee all elements of contract management aligned to agreed delivery plans, success criteria, quality of deliverables and reporting requirements to ensure the project meets the target outcomes on time, on budget, efficiently and to quality standards.
- Provide technical advice and review of the deliverables to the internal project team and present recommendations to support delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, and strategic priorities.
- Provide project management support including planning, monitoring, researching, assessing and identifying recommendations to support evidence-based program planning, improvement and strategic decision making to meet the program outcomes.
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including internal staff and external partners, to deliver project milestones and outcomes, and contribute to portfolio outcomes.
**Key challenges**:
- Achieving assigned program objectives within a high volume and evolving work environment and managing competing demands and priorities.
- Dealing with complex and sensitive consultations with diverse stakeholders, within agreed timelines, given their varying expectations, viewpoints and interests to deliver collaborative outcomes.
