We're looking for a well-organized and efficient
**Office Manager** to provide administrative leadership across both Melbourne locations, as well as the wider Australian administrative team.
You'll bring a positive and energetic attitude to the business and work closely with internal stakeholders, the HR and P&C team to deliver events and activities to the teams as well as support admin duties.

**What you'll do (not limited to)**:
- Greet visitors, screen & forward calls, receiving/sorting of mail and deliveries.
- Anticipate and order appropriate office supplies (kitchen & stationery, etc).
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management of Office Coordinators.
- Manage all facility requests, liaising with building management.
- Participate on WHS Committee and to ensure office compliance.
**What you'll need to bring to the table**:
- High standard written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating efficient organization of meetings, events, and office travel arrangements.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
- Advanced working skills in Microsoft Office.
