The Role
AECOM’s GIS Team in Melbourne has a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven spatial systems professional to support a varied range of projectsacross the business.. As part of this role you will support day-to-day GIS requirements including GIS analysis, map production, the creation and maintenance of metadata, technical software user support and troubleshooting. In addition, you will maintain the AECOM platforms, collection tools and data management procedures.
Working for a global organisation, this role will allow you to work with industry specialists from a range of backgrounds.
Minimum Requirements
About You
Must-Have skills and knowledge
+ Spatial information management
+ Spatial analysis and spatial operations
+ Cartography
+ ArcMap / Pro at a high level
+ Data conversion
**Advantageous**:
+ ArcGIS Pro, Collector/Field Maps or Survey123 for ArcGIS
+ FME Data conversion
+ 3D visualisation
+ AutoCAD/Civil 3D/ AutoCAD Map 3D
+ Server, Online or Enterprise (Portal)
+ Python
Preferred Qualifications
**Qualifications**:
+ Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree in GIS of Spatial Science, or similar) - advantageous.
