**Customer Consultation Specialist**:
Support the Sales organisation and service branches with the customer consultation process. Reporting to the Business Development Team Leader and based in Smithfield the role includes but is not limited to;
- Completing high quality reviews with customers
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities
- Making appropriate recommendations to internal and external customers
- Reviewing & analysing data
- Promoting and supporting customers to use our online portal
- Capturing relevant communication and information
- A high level of professional communications skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Show a high degree of organisational ability
- Be proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Able to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
