Qantas Freight is Australia’s largest independent air freight services business, moving over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.

As an **Agent Freight Operations**, you will support the delivery of import shipments and the acceptance of export freight for customers. Your role will focus on ensuring complete customer satisfaction by performing clerical tasks related to the accurate and efficient handling of both domestic and international import and export freight.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Availability to work a 7-day rotational shift schedule, including night shifts
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Capability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Certification
- Unrestricted driver’s license and the ability to secure an Air-side Driver’s License
- Previous experience in logistics, freight, or the airline industry is advantageous, but not required
