- **AOD** (Alcohol and other drug): Need to have experience with supporting clients that have been affected but substance abuse.
- **Social Support**:Facilitating social interactions, attending community events, and helping individuals connect with others.
- **Daily Living Tasks**:Assisting with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and other household chores.
- **Communication and Advocacy**:Communicating effectively with individuals and their families, advocating for their needs, and ensuring their rights are respected.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015), AOD (Alcohol and other drugs), Mental health certificate, or Disability Supports, are often preferred by employers.
