**Business Concierge - Mobile (Upper Hunter)**

**Employment Status**: Permanent, Full Time (35hpw)
**Location**: Upper Hunter, NSW (Scone, Parkville, Murrurundi, Aberdeen, Merriwa, Muswellbrook)

**What is the opportunity?**

Our team of dedicated Business Concierges provide ongoing one-on-one guidance to business customers across the business life cycle.

The role also assists business customers through face to face, over the phone and other channels at a time and place convenient to the business to ensure they receive personalised support with mínimal interruptions to their business.

**What would my day to day look like as a Business Concierge?**- Assist customers in navigating regulatory requirements, and provide tailored information, referrals and guidance to support their business needs
- Provide accurate and high-quality service to business customers by developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of services offered by multiple agencies
- Represent Service NSW by engaging in outreach activities including targeted campaigns, disaster recovery activities, industry events and seminars, and on-site appointments at business customer premises
- Support customers to access available products and services
- Ensure compliance with privacy requirements and legislative obligations
- Liaise with customers and key stakeholders for appropriate referrals and escalations of complex enquiries and transactions to ensure effective resolution

**What could I bring to the role?**
- Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of customer service in a front-line service environment
- Previous experience with small business - either working in, with or owning
- A genuine passion for delivering a great customer experience
- A keen interest to keep abreast of NSW government initiatives and maintain a high-level specialist knowledge relevant to Service NSW for Business products, processes and operating practices and procedures
- Innovation by contributing new ideas to support continuous improvement strategies
- Applicants with a second language would be advantageous, but not required

**Essential Requirements**
- A valid driver’s licence and availability to travel to locations across NSW as required
- Be located within the Upper Hunter NSW area (Scone, Parkville, Murrurundi, Aberdeen, Merriwa, Muswellbrook)

**Remuneration**

Service NSW Grade 5/6 salary package starts from $81,475 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
