We operate multiple Clubs and a Hotel where we offer superior food & beverage choices, entertainment and gaming, functions and events and so much more Think bustling Sydney club combined with a seaside venue and then a total tree change location in the Blue Mountains and these are some of the locations you'll be exposed to.

**Role Overview**:
As a Learning Coordinator you will largely be working with the front of house teams on the floor in the operation to get to know what they do. This is certainly more than just a desk job You will support our training programs, making sure our employees are equipped with the skills they need to shine - in order to do this it is important you work alongside them in the operation which means behind the bar teaching how to pour beers, on the floor with our staff teaching them great customer service techniques.

Supported by the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll collaborate, deliver, and evaluate fun and engaging training sessions that cater to our diverse needs and teams

This position suits someone who has a hospitality background with a focus and passion for teaching others to be the best in their job

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exciting training programs that keep our team motivated and engaged.
- Create a positive and dynamic learning environment.
- Ensure our employees are top performers in customer service, compliance, and safety.
- Travel to various sites to spread the joy of learning.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- ** Australian permanent resident or citizen**:

- ** Full availability **across a working week
- Your own car and current **NSW driver’s licence** to travel across all sites.
- ** Confidence** and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to** engage** and **motivate** employees.
- A **passion** for continuous learning and development.
- Proven **experience** in a training role - preferably in hospitality or a similar industry.
- ** Strong** verbal and written communication and **interpersonal skills**.
- ** Self-motivated** with a **strong work ethic** and the ability to work independently.
- Fun, **happy** person with a great smile
