Our client, a top tier manufacturing company has a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking Executive Assistant. This role will be ideal for an outgoing person who is a team player and happy to support the Managing Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and confidential, administrative support to the Managing Director
- Diary Management for the Managing Director, coordinate internal/external meetings
- Manage incoming correspondence, answer, and screen calls, take messages, and respond on behalf of the MD
- Monthly Board Meeting preparation - coordinate and collate Management reports and documentation for board packs, set agenda and minute taking, distribute to Board Members
- Preparation of all Annual General Meeting (AGM/EGM) documentation, arranging venue, notifying shareholders, minute taking during meetings
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements interstate & international on behalf of the MD and Executive Management Team
- Assist the Company Secretary as Co Company Secretary with ASIC Maintenance and ASX Announcements
- Office management - Co-ordinate any office maintenance
- Event Management for Management Team and all office, coordinate and book yearly Christmas party for all staff
- Manage WHS matters such as arranging toolbox talks, Inspections, preparing WHS committee meeting agendas, minute taking and distribution, incident documentation
- Recruitment and selection administration - position descriptions, person specifications, adverts, booking; interviews, reference checking, offer letters, contracts of employment and supporting documentation
- Prepare induction packs and undertake inductions for new employees
- Record management of all employee data both on system and manual files
- Process weekly and monthly payroll using MYOB/XERO for 100 employees
- Ensure that all employees are paid correctly in line with relevant award and legalisation
- Provide payroll, headcount, and employee turnover reports to members of the Executive Team and Board as and when require.
- Undertake month end reporting
- Prepare end of financial year reports through Single Touch Payroll
- Administer superannuation payments ensuring full compliance with super streaming and current legalisation
- Manage all workers compensation administration

**About You**:

- Minimum of 4 years experience in an EA role
- Experience supporting Senior Executives
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced skills for Microsoft Office
- Confident, high level interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisation skills, including effective time management
