**About the team**:
The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) Secretariat sits within the Legal Branch of the Department of Industry, Science and Resources (the department). The Secretariat is a small, agile team which works cooperatively and collaboratively to provide administrative and paralegal support to the ADRP, a statutory panel established to review certain anti-dumping decisions of the Minister for Industry & Science and the Anti-Dumping Commissioner.

- manage and build constructive working relationships with ADRP members, ADRP stakeholders and departmental colleagues
**What you will do**:
You will:
- Assist to supervise and manage the workload of ADRP Secretariat officers and paralegals, including the drafting of public notices, policy documents, Practice Statements and Instructions and Guidelines in relation to the ADRP
- Assist with overseeing the planning and delivery of key ADRP Secretariat projects and conferences
- Manage processes for the statutory appointments process for members
- Liaise with, actively develop and maintain working relationships with the ADRP and associated stakeholders (including the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC), applicants seeking an ADRP review, Australian manufacturers and importers of goods, and foreign exporters)
- Manage payment arrangements for the ADRP and assist with management of the ADRP budget allocation
- Liaise with, actively develop and maintain working relationships with other members of the Legal Branch (in particular with the Senior Secretariat officer, the manager of Industry & Trade Legal Team, Deputy General Counsels and General Counsel), relevant policy, program and corporate areas within the department and ADRP external stakeholders
- Undertake procurements for the goods and services associated with supporting the ADRP
- Assist the Industry & Trade Legal Team with legal research and complex projects associated with the ADRP and legal requests from the ADRP as required
