
Junior Admin Assistant

We are looking for a long term team member that will grow with us. Initially 10-15 hours hour per week and then as we grow, so will the hours. This is a part-time role.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform admin duties including: client document follow up, answering phones, booking meetings, record keeping, filling, research and updating data bases and general office duties
**Skills**
- Excellent customer service skill
- Excellent telephone manor
- Excellent organizational and office skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Previous experience in office administration and ability to demonstrate your capabilities
- Computer savvy
- Working knowledge in Microsoft: office, excel, word, power point as a minimum
