You will also have an insatiable thirst for understanding the context our clients operate in and helping teams execute powerful cross-channel marketing solutions powered by data-driven initiatives. You’ll receive exposure to a range of data-driven disciplines: deciphering client databases to create segmentation profiles; creating visually aesthetic & intuitive reports and; conceptualising reporting frameworks which all come together and creates wonder for our clients.

**What you’ll be doing**:
In line with Digitas’ go-to-market value proposition to clients, you’ll be helping clients understand their customers’ behaviours and interactions throughout the customer journey. You’ll support clients in constantly improving how well they understand the identity and the needs of their various customer groups.

**Day-to-day**, your role includes:
**Digital Marketing**
- Conceptualising, delivering, and communicating analytically driven solutions centered around digital marketing to help drive results for our clients

**Data Exploration & Analysis**
- Embracing explorative techniques to manipulate large datasets to assess data quality and provide ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives
- Providing clients with clear concise insights to develop strategic approaches to problem solving

**Data Visualisation & Presentation**
- Presenting data findings to identify patterns and allow clients to understand complex ideas at a glance
- Creating visually immersive and intuitive reports using BI tools i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Datorama etc. to allow clients to monitor performance and make decision in real-time

**Reporting Automation**
- Increasing time and cost efficiency through implementation of automated reporting processes

**Web Analytics & Activation**
- Defining success and reporting on how prospects/customers engage throughout the customer journey, through platforms such as Google, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce etc.
- Creating and measuring audience segments for activation from CDPs (Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform etc) and DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager)

**Collaboration & Learning**
- Developing strong relationships with external stakeholders and be seen as a trustworthy resource
- Consulting and collaborating with internal data science or data engineering teams for quantitative best practices and solutions
- Tracking marketplace, technology, and consumer demographic trends within and across multiple industries
- Sharing projects with internal stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing
- Conducting primary and secondary research on market trends

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- 0- 2 years experience of handling data, conducting analysis, and deriving insights
- Exposure to the following platforms will be highly regarded, but not essential - Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target, Optimizely, GWI, SimilarWeb, Crimson Hexagon or similar social listening tools
- An impressive understanding of the digital environment
- Stellar communication skills: You’re articulate and concise - both verbally and in writing
- Outstanding quantitative and research skills and proven data interpretation capabilities
- Fluency with Microsoft Office and experience with SAS (preferred)
- Some experience with programming language is desirable - SQL, Python
